Ivy Eisenberg
Founder & CEO
Ivy is the founder and CEO of Our IdeaWorks, LLC. Ivy focuses on understanding what people really need and want (Lean Customer Research ®), launching and facilitating cross-functional teams to innovate solutions, and working throughout the project lifecycle to get stuff done.
She has worked in healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, consumer goods and services, non-profit organizations, and telecommunications, lending her expertise to applications development, innovation, and user experience teams. Infusing everything she does with passion, humor, and warmth, Ivy is also an award-winning humor writer and storyteller, and story coach. She holds an MBA in Marketing, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Cheryl Bohlin
Consultant and Senior Strategic Analyst
Cheryl Bohlin is a senior strategic analyst with deep experience in financial services, telecommunications, and the insurance industry. As a successful cross-functional leader on long term transformative projects, she is skilled at uniting broad groups towards a common goal; enabling communication/translation between business units, data scientists, and technology; and ensuring delivery of near-term value wherever possible.
Simon Bixby
Data Analytics, Video Production, Communications
Simon has worked as a data analyst, quality data assurance specialist, SEO analyst, writer, and multimedia producer. A proactive self-starter, Simon has contributed written content for personal projects, and produced and edited video and audio content for corporations, non-profits, and small businesses. Simon’s passion is sports analytics, particularly basketball and soccer.
Simon has a B.S. in Communications and Media Studies, Data Analytics certification and Sports Business certifications.
Haley Pickrell
Administrative Professional, Website Support
Haley has extensive experience as an executive assistant, website developer (ZenDeskand WordPress) and website support. In addition to extensive administrative responsibilities, Haley has worked with companies to further their reach and engagement via social media. She has a BS. in Psychology, a BA in English Literature, and an MS in Forensic Psychology. She has extensive experience in working with non-profits and consultants. Haley is currently working on her PhD in Forensic Psychology,with a focus on Crisis Intervention.
